JUST WONDERFUL! I needed a specific flower arrangement on short notice and called several florists. I got voicemail or answers that were either unhelpful or seriously over-priced. Calling Megan at Heirloom was such a pleasant surprise. First, I spoke to Megan right away. Then, she told me my options and asked when I needed to pick up that day. Over the next several hours she texted me with questions and suggestions to get everything just right. When I made the pick up, it was... PERFECT. I'm a big fan of supporting local small businesses, and I'm glad I found Heirloom.

I loved the assortment and options that they had available. Megan was the most helpful person I could ask for, knowledable, great prices and very good customer service. Helped me decide the best options for a vision I had in mind. If you want the best then rest assured you’re in good hands! I’d recommend them to anyone.

We had some issues with delivery, but I'm not even upset about it. I've been in sales management long enough to know that stuff happens. What matters is how you react to it. Megan went above and beyond to make things right and that's what matters. I highly recommend Megan's business, Heirloom & Company. You made my wife smile today, and that's all that matters in the end.

I had the fortunate opportunity to meet my floral designer, Megan, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My request was straightforward: I wanted Megan to create an art piece using artificial flowers that would fit the décor of my home and serve as a stunning centerpiece upon entering. Megan's creativity and design skills blew me away when I finally saw the finished product. The piece is absolutely gorgeous and matches my home’s style perfectly. The flowers used are of exceptional quality, so much so that they don't even look artificial. The complementary greenery is made from preserved real leaves that have a beautiful, natural color. Although this was my first collaboration with Megan, the experience was outstanding. Megan is not only a talented and aesthetically gifted designer, but also a diligent and reliable partner. Should I need similar services in the future, Megan will undoubtedly be my first choice.

Earlier this month, I wanted to do something special for my group of girlfriends. I didn’t know how to go about making each of them feel special with flowers, and didn’t think it would be possible to make it alll that special at all. I called heirloom and company, and spoke to Megan on the phone. She had so many great ideas and took the time to really talk to me and ask me what I wanted and learned about each of my friends. She came up with the idea of making custom heart shaped tags that were made with resin in a custom font she designed herself for this occasion to put on each flower arrangement. When I saw the arrangements and the heart tags I was blown away! She took my idea and made it shine! The flower arrangements were amazing and matched each of their personalities so well , and the name tags were so perfect and glossy, and adorable if you take your ideas to them, they are the most creative group and can actually execute the most beautifulconcepts. Overall I am beyond impressed and will be ordering from them again and again and again.
